This fresh, fast, and healthy summery treat couldn't be easier. It's perfect for breakfast on the go, or for a healthful alternative to ice cream on a hot summer day. Once you've blended the basics, add toppings that strike your fancy: sliced strawberries and bananas, slivered almonds, granola, sunflower or chia seeds, flax, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut ... you're only limited by your imagination!

Ingredients

2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen ½ cup Greek yogurt ¼ cup almond or soy milk ¼ cup smooth peanut butter Toppings of choice


 

Preparation

Blend mixed berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and peanut butter until smooth.Top with your favorite toppings.Enjoy!
